In the heart of Axarquia, FRUMACO has a modern plant to produce guacamole and avocado products in which special emphasis is placed  in complying with environmental and health regulations.

A measure that contributes to final product quality, is the equipment used, selected taking into account sanitary surfaces and the possibility of disassembly to provide  ease of washing and disinfection.

The plant has obtained the BRC (Standard for Food Safety V5) certification which assures it's customers the quality and safety of it's products. The guacamole produced by Frumaco has obtained the quality certification awarded by the regional government "Calidad Certificada". Frumaco produces conventional and biological products. Biological production is audited and certified by SOHISCERT.

Frumaco uses electronically controlled machines to dose, mix, weigh and pack to achieve precision and uniformity of its products.  Programmable logic controllers connected to a computer network control daily production and keep history for any reference needed.
