Frozen Guacamole:  made with ripened HASS avocado which is sorted, washed, peeled, de-stoned and pulped. The other ingredients are then added. The product is then packed and frozen with liquid nitrogen.

Frumaco prepares with Frudel brand, two recipes of frozen guacamole:

  Caribe: Slightly hot, with pepper and spices.

 Pacífico: Not hot at all. With small avocado chunks.

Packed on  4x3 Kg plastic bag boxes or 10x1 Kg tubs boxes. Shelf life of frozen product is 24 months and 72 hours for defrosted product.

Frozen avocado pulp:  With the same process as guacamole but only with antioxidants and stabilizers added. It is produced with salt or without salt for use as an ingredient.

Packed on boxes with  4x3 Kg plastic bags. Shelf life of product is 24 months  and 72 hours for defrosted product.

Frozen avocado chunks:  sorted avocados, well ripened, are washed, peeled, de-stoned and cut. The product is then packed and frozen with liquid nitrogen.  Halves, cubes and slices are prepared.

Packed on boxes with  6x1Kg plastic bags . Shelf life of frozen product is 12 months  and 48 hours for defrosted product.
